  We are done with Chili's! We went back and tried a third time. This last time was by far the worst customer service ever.The only reason we kept trying was cause it's close to home and I love their margaritas. But, sadly not enough to keep going back. Our server was very bad and had an attitude toward my husband. Late on the food. I will also add that the food was a little overdone. Our server never asked how our food was. If we needed anything else, or refills. The staff doesn't smile or seem happy, and it shows. Believe it or not, my husband is a great tipper as long as there is good customer service. He has worked many years in the bar and restaurant business. My husband wanted desert, but didn't want to wait another hour for it. I hope chili's improves on their management and customer service. Like I said, this was our third bad experience. They get a star for the great margaritas though.

  Don't bring your kids here. No kids' menu offered, even though they have a bucket of crayons at the front. I guess the kids are supposed to color on the fancy kiosk screens? To make it even better, our waiter took the adult orders, then glanced at my 9 year old son and directed this question at my husband: "Is he gonna eat?" Well of course not, sir, he just likes to watch. I mean, seriously? This was somewhat permissible when my son was two and we'd share small bites from our plates. Now, it's rude. The point is, don't expect this place to provide a nice family meal for your children.
