  The service is slow and unwelcoming. The managerial staff doesn't seem to care about the attitude the employees show toward the customers and be prepared for a wait if you want a to go order. Not once, not twice, but the three times we've placed a to go order it has been wrong and twice the wait time they gave when we called the order in. While you're waiting there the employees are rude and do the bare minimum of their job requirements. Also trying to speak to Barron Hamilton is almost impossible because when something is going wrong in the store he always seems to be in a meeting or unable to deal with the problem at hand and don't except for him to call you back either because that won't happen. I feel this is where the problem stems from, bad management!

  The food is always good. Good, country comfort food. Service is good and friendly. Very reasonably priced.
