  It's been awhile since had Pizza Hut (Cox Creek Parkway) Because our Pizza Hut closed down on (Florence Blvd.) The pizza took FOREVER to leave from the store... The ONLY good thing I can say was the delivery driver was Very Nice !!!! The pizza was under cooked tasted like cardboard box COULDN'T have been worse!!!! Will NOT be eating any more from Pizza Hut Cox Creek Parkway!!!!!

  This place is a joke. I've called once a week and been put on hold before I could order a carry out pizza for not 5 not 10 but 17 minutes. For a carry out!! Then the next week 4 minutes then the next week 9 minutes. Also one of the times not even on a big game day or of any importance there was a 60 min wait time for a carry out pizza and always longer than it is at any other pizza place when I call around this is redicilous my business will not be going to Pizza Hut. And I hope many ppl see this and change their mind about Pizza Hut.

  I put in an order for 4 pizzas for a work event. I called it in at 12:30 and asked for them to be delivered at 2:30. At 2:50 I called to check on the order because it had not been delivered and the man told me that they were just putting them in the oven! No explanation when asked why the order didn't get put in on time. If I could give this establishment at zero rating I would but it made me give them at least one star.
